Prepare whipped cream with a whisk eggs with sugar, add a tablespoon of flour, put on the fire and add milk. Place the pastry into a pudding mold (or into a small pan) lined with parchment paper. Put in the cream and fold the edges as close to a bundle. Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Allow to cool completely in the mold, then put on a plate and keep in the fridge for a couple of hours before serving with a sprinkling of powdered sugar.
